Everyone, please say a prayer for sweet Mike. I'm really worried about him tonight. About an hour or so ago, he laid down next to my desk (as he normally does), but he's been keeping his head hidden in a corner (which he never does). I didn't think much of it at first, but I took a shower, and he didn't follow me and wait outside the door like he does. He just stayed where he was, and when I came out, I took the puppy out, and he didn't move a muscle. That's when I realized there really is something wrong.
Every time Katie goes out, Mike will come to the door, either to go out himself or wait for her to come in. He didn't budge. I went over to pet him, and he stayed the same. My poor baby. When I sat on the floor and talked to him, he sat up and just looked at me. I told him I wished he could talk to tell me what's wrong, and he just starred at me. He put his head down and vomited (just a little... mucus) and just looked up like, "Mom, I don't feel good".
He seems not to have any energy at all. Katie climbed over top of him a couple of times, and he just gave a very soft growl. I've put her in the cage so she doesn't bother him. I hate doing it, but he's just not feeling good enough to argue with her. I'll let her out again in a little while when I could watch her.
Right now, he's licking his lips (like he's thirsty). He did that before he vomited. I pray that if it's just an upset stomach that he'll get it all up soon so he feels better.
I'm going to sit with him now. Please say a prayer for him.

Thinking of you tonight Joanna and will be sending lots of prayers for Mike. {{HUGS}} I hope he starts doing better soon! ~ Sydsmom
Its so hard Joanna when you know they have the cancer and things that normally wouldn't have worried you happen. Then you worry. All my thoughts and prayers for you and Mike and I hope its just a simple tummy upset and he is feeling much better this morning.
I don't put any of the tags on the dogs. They just lose them. I also got id tags that are riveted right into their collar. No jingling either, makes things much quieter.
Big hugs hon and I'm thinking of you.
